I stayed here over Christmas and the location was perfect for all the holiday festivities! Being a stroll away from restaurants was a lifesaver, especially after all the heavy meals. I also loved the newly renovated little kitchen—made it super convenient for some late-night snacks!

Plus, the room servicing was really lacking; I found dirty cups and it didn’t look like the room had been cleaned properly. It definitely needs better management; such a bummer because it had so much potential!

The room was beautiful here with fridge, coffee making facilities, as example. The location in a great area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were convenience stores and shops nearby.

A little more attention to cleaning details would be appreciated, but overall, it was a delightful experience!

I enjoyed my stay at this motel, it had a convenient location near the town center. The room was spotless, with modern interior design and comfortable furniture. In-room facilities like microwave, fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee supplies were provided, which made my stay all the more comfortable. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful; they provided a comprehensive file of maps, places to eat, walks, drives.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! its location is unbeatable. It is close to everything you could possibly need, from the city centre to Armidale's entertainment options. Secondly, the staff provide exceptional service and are always there to assist you with a smile. Lastly, the rooms are beautifully renovated to a high standard, including the bathroom with a lovely bath. Plus, the breakfast offered is absolutely delicious!

Only one minor issue - some small improvements could be made.

During Christmas, the motel was well-located near some tasty food options. the beds were comfortable, and the room size was adequate for an overnight stay.

The motel needed a lot of maintenance and updates. the bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade with missing silicone, loose tiles, and a broken shower screen door.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. The bathroom featured a great shower and there were electric blankets on the bed for added comfort. The staff were welcoming and offered advice on local attractions. the location was fantastic - close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but still quiet and private.

There were a few aspects that left something to be desired. We found the bed to be quite firm and the covers were heavy, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
